German manufactured fermentation pot. This traditional pot is suitable for almost all types of vegetables including cabbage, pumpkin, cucumber, carrots, and more. Stoneware does not require special storage or care and is neutral for all fermented vegetables. The new pot is a dark brown color and it is supplied complete with lid, weighing stones, and instruction booklet.

Our pots are handcrafted from stoneware. This stoneware is fired at 2300°F giving it exceptional properties.
All jars are coated with a natural lead-free and cadmium-free slip glaze. The jar is scratch proof, heat-resistant and dishwasher proof.
