CERTIFIED ORGANIC – Kosher certified (OU), Non-GMO Project Verified, unpasteurized, unfiltered, raw, preservative-free, naturally gluten-free. Fermented premium blend of pressed, organic apples.
WITH “THE MOTHER” – All vinegars start with “The Mother”, but most producers (not us!) filter, distill, or pasteurize to remove the beneficial microorganisms (and probiotics!) that are “The Mother”.
LONG FERMENTATION MEANS SMOOTH TASTE – In a 100 yr old process, our ACV is aged for three months in redwood barrels, allowing sufficient time for the vinegar to mature and develop complex flavors.
PREMIUM QUALITY – In every bottle of Mother Earth Vinegar, you’ll find the same delicious honey-golden apple cider vinegar, with a taste that’s smoother and more rounded out than other vinegars.
LOVED BY VINEGAR PURISTS AND FOODIES – Against a backdrop of industrially made vinegars, Mother Earth stands out. Premium organic apples. Traditionally crafted. Processed to 5% acidity.
