Do I need to do any maintenance during the use of the beehive?

When using the hives, you can place the hives in a suitable location to avoid excessive exposure to the sun and rain. This will also give the beehive a longer service life. You can repaint the beehive with beewax every year,so this way will make beehive last longer.

[Thicker and Full Beeswax Coating] – BeeCastle hives are fully soaked in the boiled beeswax(the beeswax deeply soaks into the wood to form a waxy coating), which makes BeeCastle Hives more durable and waterproof than other waxed beehives. Beekeepers no longer have to paint their bee hives, saving effort and convenience.
