Anthony’s Organic Chia Seeds, 2.5 lb, Gluten Free, Vegan, Keto Friendly

Product description

About our Organic Black Chia Seeds:

Cha-Cha-Cha-Chi..our lawyers tell us we can not legally finish that phrase. Seriously, who would have thought that after nearly 30 years, the stuff you used to smear on a rock and watch grow contains omega-3 and protein?

Chia Seeds are small, oval seeds that absorb a large amount of liquid, creating a gel-like consistency. This makes them perfect for replacing eggs in a vegan recipe, making chia pudding, or for thickening soups, jams, and smoothies.

Add these versatile seeds to your favorite juices, sprinkle them on salads and oatmeal, or give your fruit bowl a little chia kick.

Anthony’s Black Chia Seeds are Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, and Vegan Friendly.

Good substitute for eggs in baking – Because of the soluble fiber in chia seeds, they’re great for egg substitutes. Just combine 3 tablespoons of water with 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and let sit until nice and gelled. This can be substituted for one egg in many baked goods recipes.
