Water Requirements

Water your Golden Pothos when the top 1-2 inches of soil feel dry. Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy to prevent root rot. In winter, reduce watering frequency as the plant’s growth slows down.

Sunlight Requirements

This Pothos thrives in bright to medium, indirect light but can tolerate low light conditions. However, for the best variegation, place it in a spot with plenty of indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves and fade the variegation.

Fertilizer

Feed your Golden Pothos every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer diluted to half strength. In fall and winter, when growth slows, reduce feeding to every 2-3 months or stop altogether.

Propagation

Propagate your Golden Pothos easily through stem cuttings. Cut a section of the vine just below a node, ensuring there are a few leaves attached. Place the cutting in water or moist soil, and roots will begin to develop within a few weeks. Once roots are established, transplant the cutting into a pot with well-draining soil.
